Q. What is your return policy?
A. Please select and measure carefully. Items are guaranteed to be as represented, otherwise sales are final. I may decide to offer merchandise credit in rare exceptions for good reasons. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Prior approval must be obtained.

Q. Do you combine shipping for items purchased on eBay and in your store?
A. Yes, I'm happy to combine items for shipping if they fit sensibly into one box - or not shipped from another location. If in doubt, please email me. I'll also be happy to confirm shipping cost. eBay purchases and purchases from my web site can be combined for shipping.

Q. How soon will my item/s be shipped?
A. I usually ship items within 1-2 days after payment is received and cleared. Actual delivery time depends on shipper's schedule and your distance from me in Raleigh, NC 27610. Expedited shipping is always available.

Q. How much is the shipping charge?
A. There is a shipping calculator on the Checkout page for your use. Shipping cost is based on weight/size of your package and distance from Raleigh, NC 27610. UPS preferred-insurance included at no additional cost. USPS usually costs more for pkgs over 2# & buyer pays insurance. I recoup cost of new boxes for barn stars & pet carriers, etc. I do not profit from shipping charge. Normal shipping is expensive & I have no control over it. Expedited shipping is always available for the carrier's fee.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. I ship to APO, FPO, AK and HI via USPS Priority Mail. Please email me BEFORE making a purchase and I will be happy to give you a shipping estimate (email your postal code). I prefer to ship only unbreakable items to non-US addresses. Buyer is responsible for all customs and additional charges. In addition to the shipping cost, a $3 per package handling fee (International packages only) may be added because the US Postal Service online shipping calculator frequently under-estimates the cost. At my discretion I may decline to ship items to non-US addresses.
