Vintage Iron Trivet ~ HEART & HAND design

I've had this vintage trivet for many years - unusual Heart and Hand design.  I found this in the basement of an old estate house in Chattanooga, TN. 

Wonderful piece of history - the symbol may be from an old fraternal organization when it was made into the trivet -- there are other designs above it.  There are four feet on the bottom, each about 3/4" long.

Excellent condition. Shows age, but no damage. I don't see a maker's mark. 
Dimensions: 8 1/2" Long and 5" Wide.
